Ryan Ostrom joined GNC in July 2019 as Chief Brand Officer. In this role, Ryan leads the transformation of GNC from retailer to a global brand while providing innovative and personalized nutritional solutions to our customers. His key focus areas include leading the marketing, eCommerce, innovation, product development, GNC4U, and brand strategy globally for GNC.
With the success in his previous roles at Yum! Brands, Kenmore, Craftsman & DieHard, Sears Holding Corporation and Reebok, Ryan has a proven track record of transforming brands through developing distinctive and relevant campaigns while leveraging digital platforms to modernize how consumers engage with the brand.
In addition to his professional roles, Ryan has presented at several conferences including IRCE, Argyle CMO Executive Forum, Shop.org, and Marketing Science Institute regarding the importance of content creation and ecosystem marketing in the new digital world.
Ryan earned an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s in marketing from Fort Lewis College.
